Service Description

Course Goal: To teach the basic skills that will help you prepare for the possibility of coming face-to-face with a threatening situation which can help lend an extra layer of security in dangerous surroundings. 
Length of Course: 2 Hours

 Lesson I: Basic Self Defense using Pepper Spray
 Lesson II: Situational Awareness
 Lesson III: Martial Arts Defensive Moves 
Lesson IV: Training Practice in Teams
